The Seeds of Health Elementary mission is to work in partnership with families and community to prepare students with foundational knowledge, skills, and character that will support success in secondary and post-secondary education and adult life.
Residency Requirement
Seeds of Health Elementary is open to all students living in Milwaukee County and adjacent counties.
How to Apply
Seeds of Health is currently accepting applications for the current 2023-2024 school year, as well as the 2024-2025 school year. Apply by completing a Basic Information Sheet:
