About Me

A dedicated educator passionate about watching her students succeed, Danielle Bailey currently serves as Principal at Seeds of Health Elementary School.

She began her educational career in 2009 as a 7th grade teacher at Windlake Elementary School. After her first year at the school, during which Danielle taught all subjects, she became the 7th and 8th grade math teacher and also taught reading for 1-3 years. She held her position at Windlake Elementary for ten years, before transitioning into leadership roles.

Danielle joined Seeds of Health for the 2019-2020 academic year as Dean of Students at Seeds of Health Elementary, allowing her to begin forming connections with the students and investing in their success. She moved to Tenor Cathedral Square High School for the 2021-2022 academic year, where she served as Associate Principal until 2024.

Danielle holds a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (1st-8th) from St. Norbert College and a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership and Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee.

Outside of work, Danielle enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, being active—running, biking, teaching BodyPump, doing Pilates—and reading.

“My favorite thing about working in education is the connections that I form with students and families. In the position I am in now, I love seeing who students are when they enter our doors for the first time as a K4 student and who they become when they graduate as an 8th grader and head to high school."

“Seeds of Health has many unique qualities, but one that I always speak to when I meet new families at Seeds of Health Elementary would be the connections we have (within and between our schools) and the community. We truly invest in the whole student and want to help each student find success in their communities."
